The history of Gillen is remarkable in itself, but what I really enjoyed was how openly detailed he was in sharing his knowledge of Financial Astrology. Many books of this subject share far less. Gillen even had his own computer with his system that he used during trading hours. A few years ago, I saw one of them on Ebay going for thousands of dollars. This man was the real deal.

When I announced that the year 2002 would be my last year for forecasting the top 20 stocks, many people including Eddie Kahn, who used to be a stock and commodity broker voiced their disappointment. Today, Eddie has his own information business. After talking to Eddie at one of our track parties, he encouraged me to write a publication that would explain how I go about making my top 20 predictions in layman's terms.

Predicting the top 20 started back in 1969 on a radio station in Miami, Florida where one of my predictions was for a seven-year low in the 1970 stock market. The host asked me if I could give them the ten best and ten worst stocks for 1970. 1 did, as Herb Rau, a columnist for the Miami News, started to carry my predications each year and the rest is history.

Publications like the Orlando Sentinel, Wall Street Journal, Barron's, San Antonio Express, Los Angeles Herald Examiner, Dallas-Times Herald, Esquire, Lear's, Dell Horoscope, National Enquirer, USA Today, and the Associated Press started to pick up on my predictions. Talk show hosts from Johnny Carson to Larry King brought up the subject of my stock market predictions.

Times have changed since the 1970's, with the internet, almost everyone has a stock market prediction. Everything that I've written in the past was all astrological terminology. Everything I use in my analysis is for prediction is based upon stats. When technical analysis does not have the answers, it is best to get some heavenly advice. What I hope to accomplish with this book is to give you the stats that work in the market and give you an insight on how I select my top 20 stocks.

You do not need any knowledge of astrology to understand this book, as everything is in table form. I hope this formula will be as successful for you, as it has been for me since 1970. The tables in this book are up to 2050, as the stats tell me that I will not be around in 23 years to write another stock market book. The last stock market book that I wrote was in 1979, entitled "The Key to Speculation on the New York Stock Exchange."
